Shopping Basics

Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations may not be assured. However, if you request cancellation via live chat within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. After 15 minutes we cannot cancel your order, but you can return unworn items within 7 days after you start your return process 24 hours after delivery. 

If you have entered the incorrect delivery address at checkout, you may not need to cancel your order. Get in touch via live chat with the correct address ASAP and we will do our best to help.

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please chat below ASAP. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.

When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know. Then you can TRACK YOUR ORDER for regular updates.

Your order could arrive anytime during the day from morning till evening. If you’re not in when the courier tries to deliver don’t panic! They’ll leave a calling card with further instructions.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

To help you find your size, we provide a tool, “Find My Size”, that recommends the best size for you, using the details that you provide. If this option is not available for the item you are interested in, you can always consult our size guide.

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders might be delayed on Sundays and during holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship all over the world, most countries are free shipping however there are some exclusions. Your delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

Myrawoman ships to addresses within Nigeria, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Myrawoman is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Myrawoman will ensure that all item(s)  are untampered as when packed. Should damages occur during transit, Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Myrawoman will file all claims with its delivery partner for items delivered by this partner(s) while Myrawoman will not be liable for items picked up or 3rd party delivery service used by the customer.

On myrawoman.com you can find new products every week, just like in our stores. If the item you want has sold out but it has the symbol   or has the option to pre-sale, you can register your email address and we will let you know as soon as it becomes available, within 0-15 days of your registration. This process does not reserve the item, to reserve the item after it has been sold out, you have to pre-order. 

You may also view the stock on our website using our “Check in-store availability” option.

Through the PRESALE option you can ensure availability of products with a limited number of items. As this is an advance purchase, payment is made at the time of purchase. Please note that these items have special shipping periods.

If your order includes both presale items and others which are not, only those presale ones will have a different delivery period to the usual one. Bear in mind that the returns period for purchases containing presale items is 30 days from the shipping date of the last part of your order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to current restrictions, we have extended our return policy from 7 days to 14 days from your delivery date. 

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of being received. Please use a tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only refund/exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms.

Sale items: can be exchanged or refunded via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions. will need your email address/ delivery postcode and the order number from your confirmation email. View the returns policy for more info.

  • When you’re ready to return, select ‘create a return’.
  • Enter your order number and delivery postcode/ email address and choose the items to return.

We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take 4-8 working days to reach your account.

When you receive your parcel and decide on a return or exchange, please sign into your account and start the return process 24 hours after delivery. If you do not have an account, please send an email 24 hours after delivery. 

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. We’re unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, where the cellophane packaging has been removed, or any underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. All of our face coverings are non-returnable.

You can book a return by signing into your account. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund amount.
