As an intentional brand, it is important that your orders are not rushed to enable us deliver a great clothing and shopping experience.
All orders are processed at our fashion studio.
- Myra Woman has partnered with DHL for efficient delivery services worldwide. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid address and phone number for delivery.
- Processing time for all orders is within 3-5 days. Orders are dispatched after processing.
- After processing, orders are dispatched and delivered between 5 – 14 working days depending on your location.
- Shipping within Nigeria takes 3-5 working days depending on location.
- International Shipping can take between 7-14 working days depending on location.
- Orders placed during sale periods could take up to 8 working days to be dispatched.
- Orders placed on saturday & sunday will be processed the next working day.

All other Nigerian states- $4

Myra will not be liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times as it’s beyond our control.
If you live in a country subject to custom fees you can contact your local customs office for further information. These fees cannot be calculated at checkout.
All deliveries refused by the customer for any reason will be returned to us by DHL / UPS who charge a return fee to be covered by the customer.
Unfortunately, the charges will be dedicted from store credit refunds. If we do not hear back from the customer, DHL / UPS will consider the package abandoned and will proceed to destroy said package. In these instances, you are not eligible for a refund.
At Myra Woman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns and Exchanges:
- Eligibility: You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 14 days of the delivery date.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Please email our Customer Support Team using the contact us form with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
- Condition of Returned Items:
- Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 5 -10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting our Customer Support Team. We will assist you in processing the exchange.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
